Chicken Philly Lasagna

Hey y’all it’s Day eleven but, I am a little behind (please charge it to my mind not my heart) but here is yesterday’s recipe.  Don’t worry I’ll be stopping by your inbox a little later with Day eleven’s recipe. Now, let’s get into this

Steak & Potato Frittata

Steak & Potato Frittata

Good morning!! We are on day 9 of our 12 days of recipes for Christmas, and today’s recipe is not only for my omelette lovers but my meat and potatoes guys and gals.  I don’t know about y’all but there is low key nothing worse

Monte Cristo Breakfast Bake

Monte Cristo Breakfast Bake

Hey my loves! We are on Day 8 of our 12 days of recipes for Christmas and today’s BOMB ASS brunch recipe is a Monte Cristo bake topped with brown sugar bacon, powdered sugar, and a strawberry reduction.

I came up with this recipe a few days ago and decided to make it for breakfast this morning to make sure it would taste how I imagined in my head and BOOOY DID IT!! lol I love me a Monte Cristo sandwich however,  I do not love ham so I decided I would use sliced deli turkey in place of the ham.  If you are a fan of ham you can absolutely use that in place of the turkey and the same goes for the bacon you can sub it out for turkey bacon or omit it completely. I had to include some eggs in this because….it’s not a breakfast bake without eggs right? Right! Either way the eggs were a lovely addition.  Now, don’t be fooled by the fanciness of the name “Strawberry reduction” it’s nothing more than a jar strawberry preserves that I thinned out with a little water and bacon grease.  If you are using turkey bacon or don’t have bacon fat on hand for your strawberry reduction feel free to replace it with a tablespoon of unsalted butter. Can you believe we only have 4 days left?? I can’t this has been fun and challenging for me, and I can’t lie seeing how you all have looked forward to the recipes each day keeps me excited about creating new content.  I’ll be see you lovelies tomorrow with another loaded brunch recipe.  **kisses**

Sugar & Spice Wings

Sugar & Spice Wings

Hey my boo’s!! How are y’all today? Before I get into this recipe can I just let y’all know the devil tried me on every level today!! So much so that this recipe almost didn’t make it on the blog today but, I refused to break my promise of 12 days of recipes. I’m learning daily that when your purpose is bigger than you AND you’re walking in it the enemy will attack from every direction you here me?! But guess what?? Ya girl has got to keep pushing and so do you!

Ok, now that I’ve gotten that out…. Welcome to Day 5 of our 12 days of recipes for Christmas boo thangs!!! This is a recipe I meant to bring to y’all earlier this week and completely forgot about it until my kids strung up a convo about how amazing the wings were when they had them for dinner this past weekend.  I believe I’ve already told you all that chicken wings are my absolute favorite food in the entire world, I can make them in a million different ways and I plan on sharing as many of those recipes with y’all as I can but,  for now we’ll start with this one.  These wings incorporate all of my favorite spices and are packing the heat.  I toned down the spice content for you all but if you enjoy the heat like I do by all means amp up the cayenne pepper in your dish like I did mine.  It’s a quick dish that is perfect for a fast weekday dinner.  Just pair it with a salad or throw some veggies in the oven and let them roast while the wings are cooking.  However you serve them up whether its as a appetizer or as a main course you and your guests will be so happy to have these flavor dancing in your mouth, promise.

I’ll see y’all tomorrow my loves! Y’all have an amazing blessed evening, or morning depending on where you are! **kisses**

Today I’m dropping off two easy cocktail recipes to help ease your nerves after all of that holiday shopping.  Both of these recipes are a play on one of my favorite drinks, Moscow mule they are super easy to make and more than likely you will have most of these ingredients on hand during the holiday season. I want to make sure these recipes won’t send you out to the store to buy a bunch of items that you will only be able to use for one drink so, expect to see some of these items repeated in future drink (see I’m looking out for both of us lol).  You can also easily adjust the recipes servings to match what your needs are. Be sure to send me pics of your creations so I can post them on my page.  I’ll see you folks tomorrow with more treats.  **Kisses**
