Low on time? Don’t feel like cooking? Have a sweet tooth but need to stay on track? I have the answer to all of your problems.  These are my 7 favorite smoothie recipes that I know you’ll love.  Of course you can swap out any ingredient to fit your needs and wants.

 

Strawberry Banana:

Shopping List/Recipe:

1 Banana

6 Strawberries

1 tbsp. almond butter

1 tsp chia seeds

1 cup spinach

handful almonds

1 ½ cups almond milk

 

Island love:

Shopping list/Recipe:

1 banana peaches

½ cup pineapple

¼ cup mango

¼ cup oats

1 cup spinach

1 ½ cup coconut water

1 tsp chia seeds

 

Monkeying Around:

1 banana

1 tbsp. almond butter

1 tbsp. cacao powder

1 ½ cups almond milk

1 tsp chia seeds

1 cup kale

1 tsp cinnamon

 

Peaches & cream:

½ cup peaches

½ cup strawberries,

¼ cup vanilla coconut yogurt

1 ½ cup coconut water

1 cup kale

 

Child’s Play:

½ cup green apple

¼ cup cucumber

1 ½ cups coconut water

1 tbsp. honey

1 cup spinach

1 tsp chia seeds

¼ cup vanilla coconut yogurt

1 ½ cup almond milk

½ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

 

Directions: Place all ingredients into blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
