What is the best eating schedule?
I first must give the warning that I am not a doctor or nutrition expert. I’m only sharing my personal schedule.
I prefer intermittent fasting so I usually eat my meals between 11 am-7 pm. I’m not a fan of breakfast but I’m huge fan of fasted cardio so this eating schedule fits perfectly into my daily routine.
What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. Intermittent fasting with calorie restrictions can aid in weight loss.
What are some helpful ways to burn belly fat?
Besides healthy diet and exercise, I like to add an ACV shot to my morning routine. Check out the recipe page for the recipe. Green tea is also a helpful way to burn fat by giving your metabolism a boost. Lastly, cutting all sugars, and yes I do mean ALL. Most sugars go straight to our tummy area so cutting those out of your diet will help you see a significant downsize in your pooch.
What are some ways to curve sugar cravings?
Fruit! Fruit will become your best friend, and there are so many different things you can do with it. Smoothies and yogurt bowls are my personal favorites. The best way to avoid any slip- ups to keep all bad foods out of your home. I only allow food in my home that I would be ok with eating.
I don’t have time to work-out what is the best way to squeeze it into my day?
Honestly you have to JUST DO IT! I’m a firm believer in you make time for what you make a priority. So if fitting a workout into your day is really important to you, you’ll make it happen. There are so many ways to workout other than going to the gym. Try taking a 30 minute walk or jog around your neighborhood. Turn on some music and dance around your house (you’d be surprised by how many calories you can burn doing this). Whatever you have to do, just get it done.
